Refund Policy

At Maya Health and Wellness, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our health and wellness items, all sales are final unless the product arrives defective or damaged.


No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Opened or used products

  • Dissatisfaction with results or effectiveness

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of defect or damage (photos or videos) is required

Once approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A refund to the original payment method (at our discretion)


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used wellness products

  • Supplements or ingestible products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the defect or damage was caused by our error.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
