Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, choose your items, and select Add to cart. Review your cart and complete your purchase at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by emailing our team with your order number. We’ll review your request based on the status of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Please allow 5–8 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination country and begin after processing. See our shipping policy for details.
How can I track my package?
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on our Track Your Order page.
Will customs or import charges apply?
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, except where required by applicable law. Items that arrive damaged or in poor condition are reviewed case by case.
What if my item arrives damaged or in poor condition?
Email our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. A request does not guarantee a return, replacement, or refund. See our return and refund policy for the full details.
When will an approved refund arrive?
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Does my product include a warranty?
Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, listed in the product description.
