Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
